This exquisite tiny studio was an abandoned storage in a 14th century palace just behind Pantheon of Rome owned by the Vatican. Keyvan while studying restoration of ancient monuments in the faculty of architecture of Rome in 1965 rents this space in total ruin and restores it and keeps till 2005. The view towards San Eustachio, Palazzo Madama, Sapienza of Boromini and the dome of Sant Ingnazio as a breathtaking collection of masterpieces of Italian architecture was Keyvan’s refuge for forty years specially when he could not stand being longer than few months in Iran. Once again the rehabilitation of this tiny space with his remarkable taste stands out as usual.
